If you wish to purchase or hire goods from us and you live in the United Kingdom we will send the goods by ANC courier service. (Sorry we cannot hire to anywhere other than the UK)

Normally if your function is on a Saturday we will send the goods on the Wednesday, you will receive them by close of business on Thursday. Once you have finished with the goods call us on the Sunday (12 noon to 5pm) or Monday before 10am, we shall organize the courier to collect from a suitable address by close of business.

You have to ensure on both delivery & collection occasions, the following
1. You give us a full postal address.
2. You give us a contact telephone number.
3. You give us a contact name that will receive the goods & be there for uplift.
4. You check the goods before return back to our stores.

If you live abroad we will use ANC couriers, international. to ensure speed of transit & security of goods.
